This is a free-size product. It is designed to fit sizes XS to L.

1. Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape measure level all the way around your back

2. Waist

Measure around the smallest part of your waist. Our tip: bend to one side to find your natural waistline

3. Hips

Standing with your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips (this should include your bottom)

4. Bust Point

Start measuring from the side base of your neck, and going down towards your nip. Try to keep the tape as straight as possible

5. Waist Point

Start measuring from the side base of your neck, and going down towards your waistline. Try to keep the tape as straight as possible

6. Bicep

Stand with your arms hanging by your sides. Measure the bicep at the fullest point
